Shipping policy

The order packing and processing time is 1-3 business days (not including holidays). The 1-3 day processing time does not include parcel travel time. 
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and shipping location. 
All orders will be shipped through USPS & UPS or DHL (outside of the US).
Once your order is handed off to the postal service, we are no longer responsible for any shipping delays. Please allow the appropriate time for tracking info to be updated and available. If they do not update your tracking information, it is unfortunately beyond our control, but we do make sure to have a printed copy of each shipment from either USPS or UPS.
If your package never arrives, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then start the process of filing a claim with the postal service for the lost package. We will then offer you a full refund for your order or resend the items in your order if they are still available. 
We take pride and much care in packaging your order so that they arrive safely and undamaged. If your package arrives with damaged items or even wrong items, please feel free to contact us at lightandlunainc@gmail.com before returning any items. Please be sure to include photos of the damaged items, along with your name and order number. 
If you need to cancel an order or make an adjustment to an item(s), you may do so only if your order hasn't been processed yet (we have not created a tracking number or have actually shipped out your order). If you need to cancel/adjust an order or items please contact us as soon a possible.
If you need to cancel an order that has already been processed for shipment, you may refuse your package from the postal service and once the package is returned, we will issue you a credit for your order. Shipping fees and return shipping costs will still apply.
